Terms & Conditions
Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in a course at Ink Academy, you acknowledge and agree to review our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) before accepting these terms.
Payments & Refund Policy
- Deposit Payments: All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable. Any deposits or full payments made during promotional periods are also non-refundable.
- Course Balance: The remaining course fee must be paid no later than seven days before the course start date.
- Late Balance Payments: If you choose to pay your balance on the course start date, you must notify Ink Academy via email at least seven days in advance.
- Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing at least seven days before the course start date via email or registered mail to our official address. If a cancellation is not received within this period, the full course fee remains payable.
- Course Transfers: At the discretion of Ink Academy, you may be offered an alternative course date if unforeseen circumstances prevent your attendance.
Course Rules & Regulations
- Use of Equipment: All equipment provided is for student use only during the duration of the course.
- Intellectual Property & Recording: Course materials are for educational purposes only. Students may not reproduce, share, or distribute course content. Video and audio recordings of lessons are strictly prohibited without written permission.
Airport Transfer Service
- Ink Academy offers a one-way transfer from a London airport to a nearby hotel. This service does not include return transport.
- We are not responsible for additional costs or late fees if a student arrives late for the transfer service.
Promotional Offers
- Carbon Printer Machine: Free for bookings made between 01/11/2024 – 09/04/2025.
- Tattoo Machine: Free for bookings made between 01/08/2024 – 20/10/2025.
- Promotional items will be delivered within 14 working days after course completion.
Absence & Course Write-Offs
- Long Absence Policy: A period of 25 working days without attendance will result in automatic course cancellation unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Missed Sessions: Failure to notify Ink Academy of missed sessions will result in an admin fee of £34 to reschedule.
